TV Critics Laud 'Angels,' 'Arrested' "Angels in America" continued its string of awards-show laurels Saturday (July 17) at the Television Critics Association Awards. The HBO miniseries, which earlier in the week led all Emmy nominees, won the critics' award for program of the year -- the association's top honor -- and outstanding miniseries. FOX's "Arrested Development" and CBS' "60 Minutes" also won two awards each. The 20th annual ceremony -- marred slightly by the fact that both the awards program and the glass trophies themselves had a typo saying they were from the "Televsion Critics Association" -- also honored Ian McShane of "Deadwood" and Ricky Gervais of "The Office" for their individual performances.Comedian Bill Maher opened the show with a monologue that veered from the ills of reality television to the Abu Ghraib prison scandal in Iraq to the presidential election. Don Hewitt, the creator of "60 Minutes," received a career achievement award. Here's a full list of winners:Program of the Year: "Angels in America," HBO
